An Appeal to the Public

Society and the nation still have time to free themselves from the grip of the deeply corrupt and those who play with human sensitivities. We invite you to join the RTI Task Force (Human Rights and Consumer Forum, New Delhi), gain knowledge of this important law, and guide the younger generation to use it the right way.

The Task Force is on a mission for a corruption-free India, and welcomes anyone willing to serve society selflessly. National and state-level office-bearer positions are waiting to be filled — by people like you.

Eligibility

✓Any person with a genuine wish to serve society and help build a corruption-free country.
✓Good social character, with no involvement in criminal activity.
✓Never convicted of a criminal offence by any court.

How to Apply

1Fill our online registration form and pay the joining fee for your chosen designation and duration.
2Once verified and approved by our admin team, receive your official identity card — valid for the duration you chose.
3Note: any misuse of the identity card for unethical activity is the sole responsibility of the individual; the organisation bears no liability for such misuse.

Code of Conduct for Office-Bearers

Selected highlights from our internal rules — the complete 17-point code is available in our official bylaws.

Help constituents obtain information on local development works and government fund usage under RTI; escalate written complaints to the PM, President or Chief Minister — with a copy to the State Office — if irregularities are found.
Attend monthly meetings; unexplained absence attracts a fine, with removal after repeated warnings.
Uphold the dignity of your position and maintain discipline — the organisation may remove members who act against it or campaign against it publicly.
Stay away from criminal activity, gambling, alcohol and betting — personally or through advice to others.
Undergo periodic police verification as required by the organisation.
Participate fully in rallies and meetings organised by the trust and help build strategies for public grievance redressal.
Monitor local administration on women & child welfare, anganwadi, literacy, juvenile justice, jails and electricity board matters in the public interest.
Raise harassment-related police complaints with the District SP / Range DIG and pursue resolution within 15 days; escalate unresolved matters to court through legal counsel.
